Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

Melinda started high school with the wrong hair, clothes and attitude. Her old friends don't want to sit with her anymore. She is an outcast. But she has a secret she hasn't told anyone. She wants to, but she can't find the words. I really liked this book. It's a really sad story about how bad high school can be. Like Melinda, I can't find the words to describe this book, so I hope you enjoy the quotes.

Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor

A dream dirty and bruised is better than no dream at all Hey! You might have read my blog post on Daughter of Smoke and Bone. If not never mind. Days of Blood and Starlight is the second in the series, and it's as good as the first (AMAZING)!!! I ordered this book from the library but I found it in a charity shop so I bought it! I'm not going to put a description, because it might give spoilers toward the first book, but I'll try to make this blog interesting. (are my blogs interesting?) In the book, there are chimaera, a race of people who have aspects of animal and human. What would you be if you could? A human with cat legs and paws? A wolf headed beast? I'm pretty sure I would want to be Kirin, like Ziri and Madrigal! What kind of thing do people want to see in my blogs? I know no one has read them so far as I am writing this. BUT SOMEONE WILL SOMEDAY!!!! I think some of the reasons these books are so good is; A they are just told so well B they hav...

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

He was contemplation and enthusiasm, ambition and strong coffee. She is sugar, curiosity, and rain. He is bounce, effort and snark. My Liars Cadence Sinclair Eastman, the heir to her Grandfather's wealth and a very happy girl. She spends her summers with her extended family, on Beechwood Island. It's summer seventeen - but everyone is hiding something from Cadence. What happened summer fifteen, the memories her accident claimed. What happened to the Liars? I really loved this book. It got better as I went on, and had me crying at the end. It was such a fucking unexpected plot twist and I couldn't handle it. I loved all the Liars so much. Is there a sequel to this book??? Also, I have family whose last name is Sinclair...... It was just such a great book.  There is a movie for the book and I hope it lives up to my expectations. I have decided to change my blog a little, and make it more "me"! Get in touch if you find any good fan fiction of any of the ...

I regret to inform you that I have had to take my own life. This descision has been a long time coming, and was mine alone to make. I know it will cause you pain, and for that I am sorry, but please know that I needed to end my own pain. This has nothing to do with you and everything to do with me. It's not your fault.                                                                                      Meg                                      From Gayle Forman, author of bestselling novels If I Stay and Where She Went, comes a tragic tale of love, loss...

Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

"Rise, Red as the Dawn!" Red Queen has been on my to - read list for a long time. I really liked it! It is set in a world divided. The Silvers, nobles, politicians, rule with their fierce abilities, and the gift less Reds serve them. Mare Barrow was born and raised a Red, destined to die in the battle field. But Mare has an ability too, and there is nothing the Silvers can do to hide it, or her. So they show her off, as a long lost Silver princess, raised a Red, and engaged to the second prince, Maven. But rebel forces are moving, and Mare is drawn to the Scarlet Guard like a Red to a chance of hope. I liked Farley best, and Elara. I also liked Maven, a million times more than Cal. It was interesting, and I will read the second, especially to find out about the list!!!

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

I'm the kind of girl who fantasizes about being trapped in a library overnight... As soon as I heard of this book I'm like "Wait, there is a book about some one as obsessed as me must read must read must read!" So I did. It centers around Cather, one of a pair, an identical twin. She is going to univerity, and her sister, Wren, has decided she doesn't want to be identical anymore. But Cath is lost without Wren, and she struggles through the first weeks of uni, burying herself in the fanfiction she writes, and the world of Simon Snow. But is Cath ready to meet new people and have new experiences????? This book was really good and quite relatable. I lived it, and it made me realise I should get more involved my my fandom. My favourite character was probobly Cath, but I loved Wren and Reagen and Levi, too. They are all such interesting characters. I would love to read Simon Snow, and I will read Carry On, a book by Rainbow Rowell, based on Cath...

Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

I can survive well enough on my own - if given the proper reading materials. Celaena Sardothien is an assasin. The best of her kind. Celaena Sardothien is an eighteen year old girl. Sent to work in a death camp of Endovier at seventeen for her crimes, Celaena doesn't expect to see daylight again, but Dorian, Crown Prince of Adarlan, is looking for a Champion to represent him in a tournament, the winner of which will become the Kings assasin. It's a chance for Celaena to get out of Endovier, whether she wins or looses. She was looking for freedom, she never expected to find love..... My favorite characters were Celaena and Nehemia. This book was really good. I'm going to read the second, and I can't wait to find out what happens!!! I just finished this book this morning, and I'll be back soon with the next book I devour!!!
