Melinda started high school with the wrong hair, clothes and attitude. Her old friends don't want to sit with her anymore. She is an outcast. But she has a secret she hasn't told anyone. She wants to, but she can't find the words.
I really liked this book. It's a really sad story about how bad high school can be. Like Melinda, I can't find the words to describe this book, so I hope you enjoy the quotes.

Winter I have always associated Winter with Christmas, but that is just the beginning of this season. Winter is the best because you have the perfect excuse to stay inside and watch Netflix - "It's cold..." "It's raining..." "I've got the sniffles..."
