A Dream I Had

Today's poem

You
Killed him without a thought
Didn't realise I was one of them
And you accepted me
While shunning them and you
Expected me
To forgive you.
There we all were
In a clearing
Pink blossoms bright
And we had to sleep there
Under the cold unforgiving sky
There were twenty one
Children
And I was one
But I loved you
Until
You
Killed him without a thought
Didn't realise I was one of them
And you accepted me
While shunning them and you
Expected me
To forgive you.
There we all were
In a clearing
Pink blossoms bright
And we had to sleep there
Under the cold unforgiving sky
There were twenty one
Children
And I was one
But I loved you
Until.
