Today signifies the end of my "30 Days of Poetry" challenge. While there was a poem for every day, they weren't always on time! Here is the last poem in this challenge where you are given a daily poetry prompt. I will continue posting the occasional poem though!

Ice around my heart does not thaw
Into the winter I withdraw
Bitten hard by a snake
Didn't see it for what it was. my mistake
And life isn't sweet as honey
It always rains and it's never sunny

Winter Poems

Winter I have always associated Winter with Christmas, but that is just the beginning of this season. Winter is the best because you have the perfect excuse to stay inside and watch Netflix - "It's cold..." "It's raining..." "I've got the sniffles..." I like writing, as you may know, and so I have decided to share a few of my Winter poems with you.
